LCK Spring Split 2022: Full roster of every team competing

Is Chovy finally going to win an LCK title?

 

After a chaotic offseason where every single League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) experienced roster changes, the teams will finally start competing on January 12, 2022.

 

Every team hopes to exceed expectations this year, but Gen.G and T1 are likely to be the frontrunners.

 

Here’s the full roster of every LCK team competing in the LCK Spring Split 2022.

DRX

 

 

After LCK Summer Split 2021, where they held a 2-16 record and finished in 10th place, the org brought back former bot laner Kim “Deft” Hyuk-kyu and will pair him with ex-DWG KIA and Worlds 2020 winner Cho “BeryL” Geon-hee.

The Worlds 2021 finalists’ first priority was to replace the retired top laner Kim “Khan” Dong-ha by signing Gen.G’s Noh “Burdol” Tae-yoon as well as Yoon “Hoya” Yong-ho from Fredit BRION.

 

Highly-rated prospects Seo “deokdam” Dae-gil and Kim “Kellin” Hyeong-gyu will also step in as the new bot lane and support in place of Jang “Ghost” Yong-jun and Cho “BeryL” Geon-hee.

 

With DWG KIA having retained their star jungler and mid laner, they will look to continue their dominance that started in 2020.

Former Griffin players Choi “Doran” Hyeon-joon and Son “Lehends” Si-woo, along with LGD jungler Han “Peanut” Wang-ho, round out the super roster that retained bot laner Park “Ruler” Jae-hyuk.

Hanwha Life Esports has signed Kim “Karis” Hong-jo and Lee “SamD” Jae-hoon as replacements. Kim “OnFleek” Jang-gyeom also joins as a substitute jungler to complement Kim “Willer” Jeong-hyeon.

Other notable acquisitions include ex-T1 jungler Moon “Cuzz” Woo-chan as well as top laner Kim “Rascal” Kwang-hee, and support Kim “Life” Jeong-min, who arrived from Gen.G.
